• We do not perform any medical tests. We disclaim all liability for issues relating to results and quality. Mypatho connects patients with the most trusted healthcare professionals and laboratories that are certified to provide accurate and reliable tests.

•  In accordance with the provisions of this agreement, we have an understanding with the third party service provider that has committed to offering the customer quality diagnostic services.

• Every piece of client information that is given to the third-party service provider is guaranteed to remain private. Mypatho is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or mistakes by the third party service provider, and the customer acknowledges that Mypatho shall not be held liable for any such errors.

• The customer must also agree that any dispute relating to the services of a third-party service provider will be subject to Mypatho's terms and conditions.

• The third-party service provider consents to give the client the agreed-upon services in a timely and expert manner. In the event that the third-party service provider fails to deliver these services, Mypatho shall be entitled to take legal action and to recover any damages or fees incurred by the customer.

• Any and all client information will remain secret, according to the third-party service provider. The client is assured that the third-party service provider will not use their information for any purpose other than the provision of agreed-upon services or disclose it to any third party without their prior consent. The customer can rest assured that their information is secure.
